No fans to start W&M BB season
I think we should present Spencer Milne a blank check ASAP ... and I’m only using slight hyperbole as the way he would lead us in this area would more than pay for his salary and restore some much needed, and deservedly lost, credibility.

I agree with this and said as much to another poster in direct message.

I think it's yet another miss in a long line of misses from this ticketing department.

Especially the part about locking in 19-20 prices for 21-22, and whether or not one virtual ticket accounts for a single season ticket or for an account. (In case it's not clear elsewhere, one virtual locks in the whole account)

Agreed. Poor communication and execution. I briefly glanced at this email and moved on not realizing its impact. It's curious to me that there is not a level that includes a Flo Sports subscription in a virtual ticket.

You are right - burying it an email with a lot of other data is horrible marketing! Also you might think they could now figure out to send an email with this as the subject line to all MBB season ticketholders from last year announcing the Virtual Ticket!!

RE: No fans to start W&M BB season
I'm on board. I just bought the Pride Package. I'm in Texas, generally make it back to one game a year if I'm lucky. Season ticket promises don't mean a thing to me, but I'm starved for Tribe content and I love that they are doing this with the bonus apparel, chalk talks, zoom meetings, etc.

From the sounds of the thread, it seems like there hasn't been a huge rush of sales on these packages. I really hope they deliver a quality product for this in the first year. I think if they can put together a good program, this is something that can be replicated for future, non-covid years to increase engagement with out of state fans. With the amount of alums that are no longer in the greater Hampton Roads area, this type offering is critical to donor engagement and growing the fan base.

After being initially skeptical, the clarifications that we got here and from direct email have me getting the Pride package. I'm using the cutout for my son and then getting 2 more for his W&M grandparents to "sit" on either side of him. Bonus Xmas presents here.

I am getting cutouts for the gang that sits with me also, great idea and fun way to have the seats not empty!

Bumping this from November...Has anyone received their merchandise boxes? Or received any updates on the cutouts in the stands? And at risk of nit-picking...did anyone get a pre-game chalk talk for the HPU/HU/UVA games? I got them for ODU/GW, but nothing since then.

Verbiage on the press release called them a 'Holiday Box' (So I assumed this one would arrive before the holidays) and then the Gameday Box says it'll help Kick off Conference play.

I'm not in the Hampton Roads area, so maybe mine is taking a while, but figured I'd check to see if anyone else has received any updates.

I have a UPS shipment (3 lbs) pending from TK Productions that is nothing I ordered, so, I assume that is the holiday box. Appears shipment info sent to UPS on 12/23, but they didn't get to it.

Sounds about par for the course with my USPS experiences this season. I had a package shipped November 28th from Ohio that sat on a truck the majority of the month and finally arrived December 21st. It's my understanding that they are woefully understaffed for the holiday package onslaught.

Yeah, and there's also only a finite number of trucks, with the huge increase in shipping it's almost logistically/physically impossible to get it all done on time, though waiting almost a month is still kinda unreasonable.

No package has made it to my home in Williamsburg about 10 miles from campus...….
