I guess I missed the RW outrage at states and local jurisdictions passing laws that force abortion providers out of business or limit access to perhaps one location in an entire state, making it costly or impossible for women to get a legal abortion.

Come get em

Yep. Best of luck to those trying

And just who will “those trying” be? They think some sheriffs are going to come to someone’s house here in south Mississippi and confiscate their firearms?

Defund the police so that a national SS style police can be put in their place is the plan. Not my opinion. They have told us so. Plans straight out of 40’s Germany, China and Russia. And completely unconstitutional.

By all means though Democrats should comply. Hell one here even posted pics of his

Are you implying that the right to easy abortions is somehow in the bill of rights?

Just saying it's not the same thing, not implying it's right.

Oh yes, the constitutional right to defend ourselves and our loved ones is the same as killing babies. Got it.

Fuxxing commie idiots.

In 1907 Winchester introduced the Model 1907 to the civilian market. It was a semiautomatic rifle with a detachable magazine firing the .351 Winchester csrtridge, a cartridge far more powerful than the 5.56mm round fired by AR platform rifles or the 7.62mm round fired by AK and SKS platforms.

They were available for purchase through the US Postal Service from the Sears Catalog. Around 400k of these rifles were purchased.

The first military use of any semiautomatic rifle wouldn't be for another decade after the Model 1907 when France adopted the RSC M1917. Unlike the Model 1907 the RSC had an internal non-detachable magazine that limited it to five rounds and was fed by a clip. Despite being issued and improved on the RSC was not the primary battle rifle for the French, with first the bolt action Lebel Model 1883 M93 variants and then the MAS-36 bolt action rifles being the primary French battle rifles up until 1949. The United States military did not adopt a semi-automatic rifle until 1937, but the Marine Corps still has M1903 Springfield bolt action rifles in front line use until early 1944.

Semi-automatic rifles thus aren't "weapons of war". The history of them shows they were developed for the civilian market and the military adopted the technology much later.

You mean the one that was struck down as unconstitutional? I suspect Bidens retroactive punitive anti-gun law--if it even were to pass congress---would deservedly suffer the same fate. What happened to common sense reform with instant background checks and restricted ownership rights for those with mental heath issues? Looks like, as we warned, the frail dementia patient is easily pushed to the extreme left by the wildly unpopular left wing radical elements of his party. 2022 gunna be a Red wave. Nancy should enjoy her last 2 years as speaker. Maybe she should start by actually doing something for middle America---lol...like that will ever happen.

Usually, Dems refer to any mag over 10 rounds. Which is dumb, b/c you can change mags in a few seconds.

Of course, there is no law that requires legislators to understand what they are legislating before they do it.

Many of them say, "anything over 3 rounds, since anything over 3 rounds is illegal for hunting".

As if the 2nd has anything to do with hunting. Commie bastiches.

I wouldn't expect any of that to change, and so I feel relatively safe in my home.

But I would fight this legislation with every fiber in my being. If this passes, particularly if spineless republicans get a majority in the senate and then cave on this, it would be time to stick a fork in the USA.

Without the 2nd Amendment, the rest of the constitution is basically worthless.

And this repeals the 2nd Amendment, how exactly?

SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED

Definition of infringe
transitive verb

1: to encroach upon in a way that violates law or the rights of another

I was gonna post that earlier. The left is so stupid about guns, well most anything actually, but especially guns. Maybe they didnt realize someone with bad intentions could pre-load multiple 10 round magazines and it takes all of about 5-10 second to swap them out and chamber a new round. One would think common sense would be necessary to legislate "common sense" gun control. Not w/ the fktard libs though

The only right Leftists would fight to keep is the right to kill their unborn babies.

They can take away your right to free speech. (They have) They can away your freedom of religion (They have) and they can take away your ability to provide for your family (They have). Leftists sit idly by as all three have happened this year, in states they control.

While that went on they took to the streets to burn and riot after a rapist was killed in Kenosha, a drug dealer killed in Louisville and a thief killed in Minneapolis.

Leftists like Tom have a twisted view of the world. They believe it’s OK to kill your unborn child and still pray.
