My god, this has "TTT" written all over it. Hire the best damn candidate possible, regardless of their race!

No doubt it will be a hire based on race which is unfortunate. If the best candidate is a minority then great hire him. However to make the hire based on that is a bad idea

Per this earlier report based on emails acquired via FOIA, Locksley reached out to us first, and why the hell would you not call back somebody who already has a vetted list of candidates? The best guy available just may be on there. Don’t read too much into it [he again typed as if he didn’t know his audience].
