Gotta bench Collins. If hammock isn’t any kind of a real coach he will.

CMU coach isn't making great calls either. 2 field goals not called.

Let's see how the offense gives the ball away on this drive...

Collins fumbled and made NO effort to recover the ball because he "thought" he was already down. He has little football "smarts" or desire.

I'm thinking a missed backwards pass, scooped up for a TD.

They have a freshman kicker. Simply more faith in his offense getting a yard or 2 than his young kicker being consistent I guess.

The only thing stopping the 2018 team from not having a losing record was Sutton Smith. That offense was bad and 4 of their wins were by a total of 8 points.

Who cares? They won the MAC and put another trophy in the case. That is all that matters. This current NIU team is garbage and won’t win anything for a very long time.

How good are you expecting a team with 64 freshman and a lot of them starting to be?

Can't be good for the kicker's confidence.

They were chip shots. We're lucky to only be down 19-0 at this point.

It’s called they beat NIU by 38 last season and NIU has shown nothing tonight to suggest they can come back and win this game. He is playing with house money. He was a winner in both the Mountain West and SEC so he knows how to coach.

23 rushing yards, in 22 attempts.
It doesn't get much worse than that.

Did you hear the announcers? McElwain told them that the range he is comfortable with his kicker is inside the 10 lol. Right or wrong, that is his thinking and what is behind his decisions. If he elects to kick those FG's and the kid does miss then its a less than 19 point game. Hindsight is 20/20.
