It was a very emotional game and victory for ND, but you got to be smarter than that. Security and the admin should have been better prepared for it.

I was a little surprised the stands were that full, or at least appeared that way.

Oh come on! It's Notre Dame playing at home - what did you expect?

I must admit though, those replay refs were a little overly involved at the end of that game if you ask me.

It was a fantastic game and the students ran on to the field because the beat the #1 team in the nation. Who wouldn't?

It is what it is.

Notre Dame limits attendance to students, faculty and university personnel -- other than players' families -- and while Saturday's game drew only 11,011, most of them seemed to enter the field at the end.

Looked like more than 11K to me.

Good point. That's exactly why I have never cared for them---not one bit.

Notre Dame shouldn't. They should be above that. They are certainly treated that way. Like somebody else that has been in the news lately.

But we don't have access to the super-double-secret video that the conference has that CLEARLY showed Joey dropping the ball......even though they won't share it........ I'm sure it's for national security purposes.

Unless Clemson (with Lawrence back) beats them by 20 in the ACC championship game and they miss the playoffs.
