Rice needs to come to Huntington and play the game they were scheduled to play. Albeit a different date. Either that, or the league needs to declare Rice and FIU games as forfeits and move on.

The CUSA champ game has been pushed back 2 weeks for make-up games to accommodate teams who had ppd'd games due to covid. Marshall will get get to make up 2 conference games. What am I missing here?
