ESPN+ a BUST
Only two games on ESPN+ today. They have steadily reduced games on that outlet. I sure got suckered into that and even paid for a full year. About ten on ESPN3-- which I do not have. Oh well... my bad.

RE: ESPN+ a BUST
I have issues with ESPN + for the production issues.

Would it be too much to ask for a first down line or just do not lose the feed for an important part of the game?

The issue this year is the games normally on + are now on ESPN due to so many cancellations.

We will probably have a ton of conference basketball games on the plus. Hopefully you can get your money's worth there!

If you are buying it by itself I can definitely see the issue. As part of the Hulu-Disney-ESPN bundle its not as concerning.

But we are getting more games on mainstream stations this season, so I feel that your concerns may not be as prominent next year.

I thought about canceling as well but then realized it might come in handy for bball.

With the Big 10 and PAC 12 not playing G5 games got moved from ESPN+ to national TV. Don’t complain... we will be back on ESPN + when the golden boys return.

I have it bundled with my Hulu TV and Disney +. Also, isn’t the Loma vs Lopez fight on ESPN+?

RE: ESPN+ a BUST
C-USA currently makes no money from our media rights. We should just partner with the NFL Network and create our own network. It could be part of every basic cable/satellite package and have the digital options for watching on devices, just like the NFL Network. In my opinion this is our best option. The NFL Network would have aired our games again this season if we had extra content. I think they would partner with us. If we can't make money, we could at least build our brand.

That’s going to be a good fight. I can’t wait to watch it.

Games on ESPN+ are produced IN-HOUSE by the home/host schools...not ESPN. So if you're wanting 1st down yard lines, lots of mics, a gazillion camera angles etc. then look towards the home school because they handle the audio/video/Telecom production. What happens in most cases is these productions are outbidded by the schools to a media team that's usually local. The production "signal" is then sent to ESPN and they show it on their ESPN+ platform.

Amazing fight, I stayed up to watch the whole thing and I didn’t spend a dime on PPV. I thought the judges would give it to Loma or it would be a tie, obviously I was wrong. Lopez had heart. The last round sealed the deal.

CLT is not too smart paying for DirectTV. CLT should listen to Joel Embiid because Hulu has live sports.

For $75 a month I get live TV with every sport channel, Disney +, and ESPN +. Then I cancel it after college football season (only to resume it during the super bowl/ NBA Finals) because I have no contract and I would rather be outside.

we just get WMC TV 5 to produce our ESPN+ games.

I agree. I forget I even have ESPN Plus because I have rarely watched it. It was cool to watch some of the NBA games with the sideline view but other than that I usually forget I have it as part of my Disney bundle package.

I canceled and it was the best decision I ever made. Now I am buying an extra pack of cigarettes because vaping is for wussy's.

CUSA schools make $400,000 each from media rights. I guess in today's media rights market that could be considered no money.
