Unless Ridder improves dramtically, I don't see how Cincy runs the table, but in the unlikely scenario that he does...Cincy definitely has a shot at the playoffs with how the schedule is shaping up. The stakes are so god d@mn high right now. Hell, if Ridder improved to his freshman level self that would be a big deal.

This year probably has the highest chance of a G5 getting into the playoff with ND being in the ACC and OU not running the table in the Big 12.

1. Clemson/ND
2. SEC winner
3. Ohio State
4. Oregon, Ok St., or Cincy

I would add that if either SMU or Cincy can run the table, they would have a very long shot at the Playoffs. It would need a 2 loss Big 12 and PAC 12 champion as well as a 2 loss Notre Dame. Plus a real mess in the SEC behind a dominant winner. We can dream, can't we?

I think Memphis/UCF and TU/Cinn will be must watch games to determine contenders for crown.

We have "BIG EAST" type parity this year, we'll beat each other up and will be lucky to get NY6 bowl.
