Hope it gets played too! We can actually have beer at Cajun Field now! Had to go an entire game without it.

The weather by Saturday should be ok. The biggest issue is going to be Coastal getting to Lafayette. Now, regardless of where the center goes, this is a pretty big storm and we're going to get some weather on Friday.

It's my opinion a decision gets made by Wednesday afternoon. If we can't play, I assume we'll move it back to the original date.

honestly, I dont think this gets played this weekend it is a massive storm Lafayette might not have power for a few days Supplys will be in high demand

Crap, 2020 is and has been a &*^%$ year so far. I kind of doubt this game will be played Saturday because the path of the storm is still uncertain and a decision will have to be made in the next day or so. The end result will probably be the game postponed and then we end up having a beautiful fall day in Lafayette on Saturday.

Yes, that was the track I was referring to yesterday. It’s gone a little further west now during the evening update. Basically right between Freshwater city and Marsh Island landfall and up though Erath. Still keeping it east of Lafayette, but wayyy too close. Unless things change drastically in the next 12 hours with the path and strength, this game will move back to its original date.

Correct. And I really was just trying to understand his post. Who is LU? Creating a bubble? COVID bubble? Storm bubble? Sending people all over Louisiana? None of that makes any sense.

Assuming minimal storm damage the game may be played on Wednesday night
