Seems like ArkSt would be in trouble as well if thats true. Since I havent heard of any Covid issues there either---I have to think this report may be erroneous.

i question when a houston radio station has an inside scoop about memphis that memphis media dont even know about. but we'll see

Jordan is the Daily Memphian beat writer. And Pesik is right. Other Memphis sportswriters say it isn't true.

I would be surprised if this is accurate. We are testing 3 times a week. All was clear before and after the ASU game (other than the 3 guys held our for contact tracing).

So the Commercial Appeal has sourced the Covid report from INSIDE the Memphis program. Thats a much more credible report. If true---I dont see any way that game gets played as scheduled. Your talking about 40 players being effected.

You're also talking about the team not being able to practice at all.

Geesh,

Well, Memphis can no longer say "Arkansas State isn't our rival!" Obviously, last Saturday's win was worthy of a huge celebration!

If the party bus rumor is true, then:

A - Those players were pretty selfish and irresponsible to put their team at risk (although I understand they are college kids and I can't say I would have been any brighter at that age)
B - Ryan Silverfield needs to keep better control of his program
