Can we find someone to develop our National team that compliments their talent and doesn't get trounced by the Mexicans?

We need some nastiness in there somewhere for sure. If not, Mexico will be finding a way to win even if Pulisic is Ballon D’Or.

I think Reggie Cannon has it in him if he can secure a European transfer.

He did today. He's going to Boavista in Portugal. Good place if you ask me. He should do well there.

That's not a bad one! I like Portugal right up there with Germany and The Netherlands as far as player development is concerned.

Put me down for Fulham being relegated this season. Their defense is going to give up a lot of goals and they just don’t finish on the attack.

Konrad de la Fuente, a 19 year old born in Miami, became the first player from the US to debut for the FC Barcelona senior team when Ronald Koeman (manager) brought him on for the second half of Saturday's friendly against Gimnastic Tarragona. He was almost the first American to score for Barca but his goal was called off due to offside.

As for the US, Konrad has represented the US at U16, U18 and U20 levels.

It'll be interesting to see how Gregg Berhalter messes up de la Fuente and Sergio Dest over the next 4 years.

Its a mid level club in a mid level league where scouts care about how you do. If he gets playing time and performs, he should get a good move in the next 2 years.

Just an update, I still hate Jose. The All or Nothing lovefest tried to make me change my mind. But no, I still hate him as much as the players do every time he speaks in the Amazon doc.

Also, I have respect for everything Daniel Levy, Joe Lewis, and ENIC have done for the club since they took over from Lord Sugar in 2001, but they need to sell the team. They appraised the team and put it our feelers for buyers a few months back. If they can find a buyer that has the cash to compete and fits with the social aspects of our club(a historically jewish club probably cant have a Russian oligarch or an Arab country buy it) then they should take it. Jeff Bezos come on down.

I hate to say it, but I think I am going to become a Leeds fan. I'm over Spurs and their inability to ...well, you know.

Meh. We'll see. Cant make us any worse than we were on Sunday. Long term I am more excited about the signing of Regulion. Our attack has been unbalanced with Davies refusing to go past midfield for the last year.

Poor Shalke.

They are having major financial issues and stated before the season that the focus of their club was changing from trying to challenge for Champions League to just staying afloat. Looks like they are going to become another Kaiserslautern who went from winning the Bundesliga twice in the 90s to spending only 2 of the last 14 season in the top flight and are now a consistent mid table team in 3.Liga.

Congratulations Fulham, you get to compete for the championship of the Championship next season.

Leeds on the other hand is rather fun to watch. I got them around 12th in the table this season.

Any reason for their troubles? Owner? Overspending? Terrible spending? etc....

I hope thisbywar doesn't kill McKennie's development. He goes from being a first choice midfielder to battling for a game day squad spot.

Normally I would agree with you.

However....

With how truncated the European schedules are this season, he should be able to get chances to prove himself.

Color me wrong, at least based on the first game...WM played the full 90 and looked like he belonged IMO.
