South Alabama @ Southern Miss (USM 8.5 point favorite)

Saturday 9/5
Arkansas State @ Memphis (Memphis 13.0 point favorite)
SMU @ Texas State (SMU 11.5 point favorite)

Three games that aren't really critical for the league non-conference but would be nice to win.

USM 27-17
Memphis 49-34
SMU 38-20

I wonder how Vegas will handle the lines if an insider gets wind of a COVID outbreak of critical players (o-line or QBs) and bets the house before they change the line. Should be interesting.

I would imagine it would be difficult for any team, especially a G5 team, to overcome having their entire o-line miss a game due to being in quarantine.

Memphis’ stud RB just opted out for the season.

I think the SBC goes winless this weekend.

There would all be great games to win against regional opponents.

That would be awesome. I full of optimism once again for the Bobcats. Maybe this is the year they turn it around. Maybe.

All of the SBC's games this week are winnable but they all will require the SBC team to upset the opponent. I think we can take at least 1 of the three with stAte over Memphis being the one I think we will win.
