Ginsburg in again
https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/supreme-...dlines_hed

"Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who recently announced that she is battling a recurrence of liver cancer, has been hospitalized in New York City after undergoing a "minimally invasive non-surgical procedure," according to a Supreme Court spokeswoman.

Doctors at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center "revised a bile duct stent" that was originally placed in Ginsburg last summer, court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said in a statement...."

RE: Ginsburg in again
Each time she goes in it's always initially reported that it’s for some routine non- invasive procedure or for a mild infection...later in the week it always comes out that she has something going on that is massive. She is not doing her job, her clerks are.

If we can’t get term limits, let’s set an age cap. There is one on the front end for President...why shouldn’t there be one on the back end for all the Washington DC critters? Make it 80. Reduce this crap where people are holding on for political purposes only.

RE: Ginsburg in again
Even if RBG went today there is a ZERO point ZERO chance that her replacement is confirmed prior to the election. This will make the Kavanaugh thing look like a nice light dinner with friends....

Let's focus on getting DJT back in the oval office first.

With a Democratic Senate next year, it could happen. And a lot of other good things.

You don’t think destroying the economy, ruining the suburbs w/ section 8 housing, crippling the healthcare system, and defunding the police while trying to have Beto confiscating guns are good??

Actually, I can see one good thing happening. Maybe--just maybe--they will overplay their hand and conservatives/republicans will finally figure out that we are in a war to the death with socialism/communism, and they are supposed to be the ones protecting us from it.

Anyone know if there is a provision similar to the 25th or 29th (not looking) amendment that weasel Rosenstien was tossing around a couple years ago? To remove a Supreme? Maybe a unanimous vote by the other Justices? A majority? Course I doubt they would do that, not these days, but at some pt., c'mon.

Off topic but if Biden is elected articles of impeachment should be leveled at him the day after he takes office. Who cares if they are successful, if shot down ready the next set of charges. They can even be bogus ala our democrat friends. And keep hammering away at him. If by some remote chance he's removed have another set of charges ready for the VP.

Nope. Lots of examples over the past 200 years of Supreme Court justices in their dotage who would be wheeled in to sleep through oral arguments. RBG has caught up on plenty of beauty sleep on the bench over the past 5-8 years.

Their likely will be. Both for his role in Biden, Inc’s overseas profiteering and interference in investigations as well as his active role in spy gate.

Given his short list of VP candidates, I wouldn't be impeaching him any time soon.

Impeachment is now a political tool. Never getting 2/3 of the Senate to agree on about anything let alone impeachment.

When one is admitted to the hospital continuously they are not going to last long.... i give her 2 weeks.

A strong lefty. I dont agree with anything she has ever subscribed to but I credit her for being someone who stuck to her guns.
