NOBODY knows where we'll be at in 2024, so taking it for what it is -- another in-state opponent at home, which STF said he was trying to do -- is a breath of fresh air, a positive moment we can enjoy.

MD is on my ignore list but others constantly quote him and call him out. I can't avoid his negativity. It serves no purpose other than for him to get it off his chest, plus he gets recognition which seems to feed his constant rantings. He hasn't changed in years and won't change based upon your chastising. I'd be better off with him scrubbed from the board. I come here for my love of NIU but I SERIOUSLY doubt he loves NIU.

In all seriousness, this needed to be done. The definition of a troll is someone who posts with the sole intent of irritating other posters. A troll wants to punish other posters for some perceived slight and/or actually destroy the board.

ESPN's Cubs board was destroyed by a troll named Kenosha Mark years ago, and I saw another college board almost go down until its troll was banned.

Thanks to the mods for doing this.

What survey was done that produced responses citing MaddDawgz as the reason for no longer donating?
Pardon my skepticism, but not too sure those are either real and certainly not big donors who were run off by the ramblings of MaddDawgz.
