Ike, does this corroborate with what you have heard on the street?

If he stays for 10+, we probably get silver turf for the LBMS.
If he stays for 20+, probably silver turf for the OCS.

I really do still enjoy OCS talk even though I doubt I’ll ever see it.
I said the same about legal MJ though and TN can’t be too far(50/50).

There is a Delta Cannabis store being built across from the dog track in West Memphis. And the dog racing days will be over soon.

You have to get an Arkansas ID and an Arkansas doctor. Life just isn't fair. Tennessee could be just as politically advanced as Arkansas if we could just dump the eastern third of the state.

I'm told by a reliable source that Marion, IL has a dispensary for legal product

RSs wife is a medical school, she wants to set up a practice here which means she wants to build it out for the long haul and life here.

RS has shared his thoughts that he truly loves Memphis, loves the grind, chip on the shoulder and he loves the challenge. He truly believes this is a magical place.

He is all in!

You know who else was all in?

That's right! Our old friend Larry Porter was all-in!

Beware those that are all-in!

Alonso.
The street is all excited about the season
Sources r telling me, we'll be signing some Big Time players, good things gonna be
Happening soon, I can't comment now, sources would be upset.

I just finished walking the dogs and speaking with a few neighbors. It appears my street doesn’t know jack.

To understand "Medical Practices" once you start one, if you leave markets you have to sell it and start over. Doctors do not do this, they find "their" market and establish their lifetime in that market. The average doctor practice takes 7 to 8 years to break even then by year ten is when they average about $ 250K to $ 300K based on the size and whether they have a nurpse practioner.

This is far more than Larry or any other coach. There is a practical reason. Hope I captured it correctly for you to understand, if not let me know.

Larry ? Gene Bartow, Tic Price, Cal, and Tubby didn't say it. Rip, Tommy West, Fuente, and for sure Norvell didn't say it. Almost no coaches say it. Larry, Porter, Pastner and Silverfield have. Penny hasn't even said it.

Do the words "MEMPHIS IS WHERE I WANT TO BE"--come to memory. Norvell repeated many many times how much he loved MEMPHIS.----Most every coach during their presser-- introducing them as new coach say the same things. I dont think I have ever heard a coach say-- "I am here for 3/4 years and then I am getting the hell out of here"-----OK you win--maybe not all ---but most---so I guess you could be right. As for Penny--I think he is in MEMPHIS for life.

Got it. I get the impression that the poster of post 23 actually spends time with the man and invests in the program based on his instincts, so there’s that.
