There have been no announced transfers so I guess its safe to says they would all like to stay. From the coaching standpoint, I hope AJ, Rob, and possibly DeVitt are retained.

AMEN! Devitt thinks he's the HC and IMO that hurt Eshan somewhat. I know he is supposedly the brains behind the defensive improvement, but his snarky pencil #### skinny suit is just too much. (Ok, I probably went over the top there, but... 03-lmfao)

Can we focus instead on the great assistants that we will have coming into our program than the worthless ones who left?

I doubt he keeps any assistants.

I would not be surprised if AK persuade a couple to leave and brings in some immediate JUCO help with another big and a couple of sharp shooters. We do have a good nucleus.

Numbers wise with 2 signees or commits that would mean that some will have to leave if new players are brought in.

The nucleus was being developed this past season.

Let's hope on everything he retains no one from the old staff....If he wanted to keep AJ on as a grad assistant that would be fine. Total cleansing needs to happen.

Rodney Howard, 6'11'', 245lb Center expected to transfer from Ga. Was an Ole Miss commit before AK was let go

Given the one year pass we grant 1st year coaches, you take redshirt transfers like that.

There may not be any redshirt necessary if/when current NCAA transfer legislation passes - would allow every college athlete a one-time transfer with immediate eligibility....

I would really like this as well. Scott was the main guy that made himself available on the last staff. But I think he coached Ehsan in high school so I'm skeptical that he'd stick around.

I think Coach AK is going to shock our current roster. He is not known to be a player's coach. He is a hard a$$.

on a sliding scale,

You don't sport a "Chet from Weird Science" hairdo in college and be known as "everybody's buddy" or a "soft-spoken humble guy"

I would guess the current roster realized how the previous coach was when he tossed the member of the all pre conference team.

I agree with y’all. I would keep Scott but I doubt it would happen.
