Cool photos. In the top photo, that's Nancy Mulkey's mom to the left of her and her taller brother. I don't know who Crossthwait is hugging. I'm pretty sure those are Erica's two oldest sisters Nneka and Chiney, L to R. In the bottom photo, I believe that's Erica's parents along with Leebron.

But the biggest celebrity of all is the Rice fan shaking Mulkey's hand in the 3rd photo! Way to represent Bob (although he gave me a baseball update earlier in the day that said Rice was leading 8-1 and I never got another update from him :(

great job on the video from the Rice folks who put it together. Sometimes you get honored and you are a mushy mess, but it was inspiring to see the team focused from the get-go after such an emotional moment.

I also thought it was neat to see so many Rice folks there to cheer her on and honor her and the team - like President Leebron, Coach Bloomgren, and pretty much the whole men's basketball team who had to be down after their loss but still cheered her on and gave her a much deserved standing ovation.

CUSA women's tournament bracket - we play the Marshall/USM winner Thursday at 11 am.

Great win. You finally shut up ODU and West Kentucky how great they were.

McCray beats out Langley for Coach of the Year. Not really sure you can complain about that. She's built ODU up really well, really quickly. And her gameplan against us in the first matchup was really well drawn up and executed.

Rice will face Marshall.
