Defense continues to be a real concern, at least in first halves. 1.36 PPP for ODU so far. They shredded us pretty bad in the last game too.

Wiggins is also on the bench, and has been since early in the 2Q when she picked up her 2nd personal. No surprise, we haven't scored in the last 4 minutes.

However, we still take a 37-34 lead into the half. Wiggins played just 9 minutes and Erica just 13. Crosthwait providing 13 quality minutes and contributing in all phases of the game (5 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal).

To start the 3Q the refs are calling fouls on every possession. ODU takes 41-39 lead and Erica goes to the bench with her 3rd personal. Ugh.

And Wiggins has taken just 1 shot today. There is no offensive consistency with Jasmine and Sydne. Both have had several en fuego games, and then they go quiet for the next several games.

ODU leads 54-52 heading to the 4th.

54-52 ODU at the end of 3. This is really not a bad performance considering Ogwumike and Wiggins have combined for only 33 minutes. But I'm still not super confident that our defense is good enough right now to string together three straight wins in the conference tournament.

With Erica, and now Schwartz, on the bench with 3 personals, ODU goes on a run and takes the lead 52 - 54. Tina is hoping to ride out the quarter. Erica has played just 17 of the 30 minutes so far. One of our worst 3Qs of the year, outscored 21 - 15.
