You know that video of all the Avenatti fawners should be run on regular news stations over and over and over and over, just to see what a bunch of idiots they are. If I had the money I'd consider it money well spent to embarrass the MSM and late night idiots.

If the Dems had their way he would still be eligible to....

"...The people who treated Avenatti as a credible, serious individual deserve all the ridicule and scorn they get, and then some....

This case is a lot like that one. If you have something salacious and negative to say about Trump, then all the standards go out the window. CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, and NBC featured him for a combined 147 television interviews between March 7 and 15, 2018. That is an average of nearly four interviews on each network per day. This is to say nothing of Avenatti’s many other appearances at the height of his news media-promoted stardom, including at the 2018 White House Correspondents' Association dinner and the MTV Video Music Awards.

Both lawsuits brought against Trump by Daniels were dismissed in federal court in 2019. Daniels, who alleges now that her former attorney stole nearly $300,000 from her, was ordered by a judge to pay $300,000 in Trump's legal fees. It's hard to lose a case much worse than that...."

Wow, a new leftist. He really is cutting edge. No doubt he had an Avenatti poster on his bathroom wall. I wonder how many 15 year olds he has attacked this week for supporting a great President. Maybe he is into driving into Republican voter registration booths. Hek, he might be big time and find some Republican Congressmen playing softball he can gun down. I wonder if he is using the chosen hair style for TDS infected libs.

Why are you defending a Piece of Shiff in the first place. Were you one of the Crooked lawyers' fans. He was found guilty of all counts and it wasn't a politically motivated case either. He was simply a dumb S trying to blackmail a major company. Wow, there's words to describe you that's for sure. Oh and yes we are the party of law and order that's why we're happy justice was served.

You don't get it. Conservatives tend to be fair minded people. We believe in protecting the freedoms this country offers. Things such as our 1st, 2nd, etc. Amendment rights, control over our own healthcare, our voting rights as American citizens and the Electoral College that was set up by our Founding Fathers are important to us as a free nation. We believe in Low Taxes, Energy Independence, the American Capitalistic Economic System, and NEVER want to become a Socialist style country.

As far as Justice goes, we believe that there should be just one system for ALL of our citizens, and not one where some (Liberals) get away with breaking laws while others (Conservatives) get nabbed for doing the same or even lesser things. When Liberals such as Hillary Clinton can commit numerous felonies by willfully mishandling Classified Data (for example) and get NO charges filed against her, THEN have a Conservative get CONVICTED for telling a fib and harshly sentenced to 9 years in prison for it isn't equal justice. That 9 year prison penalty is worse than the average of what people that have committed several types of VIOLENT CRIMES get and was to make a political statement instead of making the time fit the crime.

Time and again - at least thus far during the Trump administration - Liberals that appear to have committed crimes, some politically driven, have yet to be held accountable. It is for that reason that Conservatives are happy to finally see a Liberal getting the law applied to them for a change. In a free and fair society it is necessary that justice be equal for all of us.

Why aren’t those liberal dems under indictment by Barr? I’m not defending dems. Just find it amusing reps are so giddy about this.

Technically he is still eligible. There's nothing in the Constitution that says the president cant have a felony record.
Quote:No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

There are limitations on the conduct and actions of a serving President, but there's nothing in the Constitution restricting someone from office based on their conduct prior to being elected.

There's no such thing as a legitimate response to a nonsensical post. You went stupid with your initial post and have continued down the same path in every one that follows.

If it's legitimate responses you desire try being a legitimate poster instead of trying (and failing) to be some kind of comedian.
