Every signee is a 3 star? is that usual for us? I thought we normally would have some two star and zero star guys mixed in.

Websites have a lot more information on the top 500 recruits that all schools go after, and their ratings of lower rated players is a crapshoot.

The people who know who are or have the potential to be good players? Football coaches whose jobs depend on identifying and recruiting good football players.

I look and see what other offers the recruits we sign had.

That’s some of it

QBs gotta learn to throw the ball away, take a sack and not force things. Gotta show we have a short game at some point this season amongst most offensive problems.

Nope, doubt most are consensus three star guys. For example our first signee is a three star on 247,Rivals, and ESPN. Most get two out of the three or even just one site to rate em as a three then folks take it and run.

At this point I look at tape/film ,forget the rankings.

Bryson Lucero is our QB of the future. The problem is will he have a coach who can teach him how to be a QB. Someone to teach him the right times to throw it away, take the sack, and go to our short game. Currently we have 1 route QBs but I cant put all the blame on them if they aren't being taught. But I agree we need a short game/RPO. Its become a must in college ball.

That wasn’t all don’t wanna be a troll just my observation. I like all three QBs I like the slow depth build a lot. Would try to blueshirt a QB this class just take a chance on a local guy for depth purposes only.
