Our fans are upset with that 18k attendance - but I think it was a pretty good turnout with all things considered (weather, Thursday, etc)

Halloween on top. That kept thousands from the game, or at least 5 that I know of.

Surprised we're as high as we are . . .

Thank Gawd they go by tickets sold and not actual Butts in seats.

yup. all G5 schools do it. Tickets sold is the standard practice everywhere.

Except at GS. It's been a huge point of contention on GSUFans this season. If you're bored and want to make yourself really angry, go read that thread.

Actually, you know what? Don't. I don't wish that on anyone.

The conference is now done with both Wednesday and Thursday night games for the year. Two Friday night games left in week 14.

Troy has now had 22 straight home games where we've had 20,000+ attendance.

I feel like that's an SBC record somehow...

Had GS beaten troy (ugh) I would have expected a large crowd for this weekends game since UGA is playing away (although I'm sure some will still stay home to watch). But with the loss and a projected 50% chance of rain, this season of poor attendance will likely continue in Statesboro.

This season has been less than great since camp broke back in early August. Ugh.

I was one of the 12-14k actually in attendance at Troy on Saturday. Sure wish we counted attendance like the rest of the conference.

I dont think it matters...recruits have eyes. They see the difference between Georgia Southern (and App) and the rest of the sun belt

One team under 15k. I’d have to check but that’s a rarity is it not?
