Neither of HC's quarterbacks is worth a bucket of warm spit. They are a combined 4 for 15 for 15 yards and two picks.

RE: Holy Cross-Monmouth
Holy Cross beat UNH, which makes me wonder how bad UNH truly was when they played. This game feels like a play in game. Monmouth is clearly the better team, but they won't know what hit them next week. We are on a completely different level than these guys and I'm sure they are going to be pretty confident next week. Guerriero isn't going to have as easy of a day as he has had today.
As a fan I'm incredibly confident coming into this game, but I know the team will not take them lightly. I would be shocked if the game is close.
Dukes should roll.

Monmouth special teams given up 2 long kick returns, missed PAT, given up onside kick.

Besides our kickoff coverage team, our special team have been pretty darn good the past month or so. I think we know where we can exploit Monmouth.

I only caught pockets of this first half due to a mandatory christmas tree decoration during the middle of the game. However, it appears that this is more of a "Holy Cross sucks" than a "Monmouth is good" kind of game. The Holy Cross offense is just failing to execute left and right.

Meanwhile, Monmouth's all world starting QB appeared to tweek his hamstring but is still playing.

Yeah I noticed that and knew we'd absolutely feast next week if they play this bad on special teams. There's no way HC has some outstanding special teams unit.

Confirmed it with stats going into this week.

HC Special Teams:

Kickoff Returns:
103rd, 17.36 yds 0 TDs

Punt Returns:
122nd, 2.15 yds 0 TDs

One of the worst ST units in the country for HC.

With a 16 point lead Monmouth's HC is an idiot for leaving in their starting QB. Let him keep playing an blow his achilles in the 2nd Half. We'll take it.....

He's injured. Still limping around. Like the announcer said: "he's toughing it out". Won't work against JMU.

Dude is clearly limping on his last rollout. Guerrero will be their entire offense.

RE: Holy Cross-Monmouth
That last INT not the 2nd HC QBs fault. He put it right in #15's hands, and #15 let it bounce right off his hands as if he was afraid of being hit. Same 2nd HC QB threw a med/long pass earlier that went right through #15's hands.

The 1st HC QB looked terrible. The 2nd one has looked much better.

Yeah. MU needs that QB at 100% against us to have any chance. A back up QB with a first start of the season against the #2 team in the country will be over quick.

RE: Holy Cross-Monmouth
Wow HC sucks. In fact, given the opportunities that MU has had in that half, being up only 19 isn't a good sign for them considering they probably drew the easiest playoff opponent in the entire country, and at home.

MU's QB not being 100% and apparently no longer having much running mobility is huge. It appears to be a hamstring pull.

Backup QB, #18 Brandon Harris has played in 6 games completing 5 of 8 passes for 53 yards (5 for 7 in last game against Hampton) along with 5 rushes for 19 yards.

It's obvious #11 Bahar along with Guerrero are Monmouth's Offense.

We're the top rushing defense in the country. If they lack a dynamic QB and passing threat too, we can sell out to stop the run even more so and they'll have no offense.

Good deduction, lol
