Also, Morris is not getting fired this year with the recruiting classes he’s pulling in. Arkansas roster was bare of talent. They need to replenish that before worrying about his W/L record in year 2.

Seriously, if Norvell leaves soon, I would guess OL and Asst HC Ryan Silverfield would have a shot, since he is also our lead recruiter.

There are only about 20 schools whose coach is untouchable. None of those schools are in this conference

We made two great hires in a row. Both up and comers as Offensive Coordinators. When/if he leaves, I hope we go the same route we did with those two.

I do hope Norvell stays a little while longer, but seeing two recruits drop out recently for the 2020 class, does lead my mind to wonder if it could be related to that.

Rumors verified. But that doesn't take away from his ability as a good coach.
