Article kind of overrates Tucker Carlson's significance, but there are some good lines. My favorite:

"...Simultaneous attacks on elites and illegal immigrants are not, as some liberal pundits have suggested, an expression of false consciousness. They are Middle American radicalism in its purest form: Rich liberals who don’t care about you are going to invite the entire Third World to come live in your backyard, tax you to pay for it, and call you a fascist if you complain...."

Wow, it’s almost like someone is paying attention to what’s going on.

Slight quibble on using the future-tense (“are going to”) when basically all this sh¡t has already happened. But still, solid.

I don’t think that is possible. I would put Tucker in the GOP’s top 5 of early 2024 contenders, if he were willing to run.

If not, if the GOP doesn’t at the least embrace his brand of politics, they will be wiped out within the next 20 years.

I'm not a fan of Tucker but I think he'd do better than Pence, as Pence is too mild and laid back. Even Pocahontas could beat Pence. I'd prefer Pompeo over any other Republican.

Pence is ideal as the #2 guy. He would be a disaster as the #1 guy.
