They had their chance to join. Gave them an offer for all sports as part of our contract, but they said basketball was more important. That's their prerogative, but the MAC is done taking in football orphans until they get a better conference to latch onto.

No, that is a very bad UCLA football team. Saturday’s game drew 36,951, which is the smallest crowd to attend a UCLA game in 22 years. Plenty of SDSU fans at the Rose Bowl. UCLA fans have given up on the team.

UCLA is headed for a crash-and-burn season. This has 0-12 written all over it. The quarterback play has been horrible. They need to go to the backup. UCLA gets Oklahoma next weekend in the Rose Bowl. There should be a Sea of Red for that game. If you like a slaughter, it should be entertaining.
