Honestly, they've had more than enough success to clearly set them apart as the best non-P5 league. We have no place to talk.

I thought Houston had purchased a world class coaching staff

In addition to Memphis knocking off Ole Miss; Cincy took down UCLA. And though it escapes me I think one of the other AACK teams popped a Cartel-5 squad. I'd say they had a damn good first week regardless of what UH does tonight with the Okeys.

MWC had a heck of an opening week. They slew many a P5. They look like the best G5 this season after Week 1. Plenty of football to be played though.

Houston is still playing the #4 team in the country somewhat respectably.

I'd say they're doing pretty well...

Georgia State beat Tenn in Knoxville, is the Sunbelt P6 also?

Ole Miss has been under NCAA sanctions, with less scholarships. Hardly a legit P5 scalp.

Thanks. North Texas is throwing around too much money for Memphis to hire away Baker. He is like a kid in a candy store these days. I think he lands at a P5, when he is ready to move on.

On a side note, I'm looking forward to our home and home in a few seasons.
