'Dumbest thread ever'? Sadly the competition for that is tough, I don't think it would crack the top 10.

oh wait..speaking of themes that are possibly dumb, how come we haven't seen the Village Common Bookstore market "Hammock hammocks"? You could sew a NIU logo on some red hammock, have coach sign a few, and make them a gotta have it thing for tailgating? Should be able to sell a hundred just on the novelty aspect, in my non professional opinion.
