We had a ton of guys go down today especially linemen. Has anyone heard of any injury report? Hopefully just dings and not any season ending injuries.

Most of the players went back into the game. PT6 was interviewed after the game and said he is fine.

On the radio, they said there were a whole bunch of guys with just cramps

Nobody reported that Chris Claybrooks (who was supposed to start opposite of Carter at CB) had surgery last week.

Coach Norvell doesn't release the information. Reporters would be foolish to try and release information that they can't get verified. It's the way to burn bridges and make your sports department a joke. Has almost nothing to do with friendships and being in back pockets. That makes you look silly.

But, they might not be at practice due to other reasons such as death in the family or sickness. If the coaches and players are not going to tell you why they are not there, you cannot assume they are injured.

Injuries should not be made public. It would give opposing coaches valuable information on how to prepare for a game to focus on any areas that our normal starters would not be playing at all or playing at less than 100% Why would we want to provide that type information to our opponents ?
