Yeah. This is a statement someone close to the program shouldn't believe. You saw his game plans and adjustments last year. We lost Sam Mitchell but I have trouble believing it was all him. Mike was credited with several great game plans. Penny is a great floor leader in-game. Not many D-1 assistants bring as much juice as Tony M. No reason to believe his success won't continue.

I'm always skeptical because "why us in lil ole Memphis." But here we are. Penny has given us no reason to think in a small town way. He's bringing big guns. Big players. Big staff. Big training. Big HS connections. It's on!
