So Troy is going to lose to Georgia State but beat App?

We typically don’t play well on the road and all of our hardest games this season are road games, but I would say going 0-5 against LSU, Minn, App, StAte, and Troy is a worst case scenario. It would be nice to get 1 or 2 wins out of that and I think we have a the talent to do it.

UNC is in full transition mode, and all these publications keep saying they will beat us. I think they're in for a rude awakening.

So, Troy loses to USM at home, UL loses to Ohio, App loses to a bad UNC team, and Ark State loses to UNLV and SMU?

I think we're 2-3 in those games at worst. These publications are always picking the absolute worst-case scenario for our non-conference games.

6-6. I think they've been reading our message board.

CFN is pretty worthless for college football reading. They throw things together with a lack of information all the time.

They also never predict things with boldness.

There's going to be at least one 10-win team in the Sun Belt this season.

Arkansas State is going to be 6-6? Give me a break...

Troy/USM should be a good game. UL is heating up, they'll beat Ohio. I don't think App will lose to UNC. And Ark State will likely split UNLV and SMU.

Who can tell who will beat whom. Ark State has a boat load of new coaches...and our Head coach has yet to impress me with his hiring...he did very well when he first came on but the coaches that left were replaced with garbage...can we beat SMU or UNLV...I have no idea...UNC is starting over but App has a new HC...UNC more than likely has a talent advantage over App...will they be ready to play APP...once again don't know...Troy has a new HC...how will that work out??? Too many question marks for me to predict how things will shake out. My only prediction is that we will get smoked by Georgia...

These predictions are terrible! TXST going 1-7 in conference and 3-9 overall? We were an average offense away from winning 8 games last season. Didn't even need a good offense, just an average one instead of a horrendous one...

We return literally everyone and traded up in coaching staffs, especially on the offensive side of the ball.

All I can really say is that I hope the other coaches and teams feel the same way. Don’t even bother preparing for us…
