That move is a bit puzzling to me.

6'7" Tyler Scanlon, Westfield HS (VA), entered transfer portal as grad transfer (?) from Boston U. Team captain, 13.8 ppg, 5.0 rebs, 3.3 assists. Some P5 interest (VA Tech/others), but would make a very solid add/fit for next year.

Were we involved with him out of HS? The name seems very familiar

We were involved, but don't think we ever offered, though Verbal Commits lists we did. That was our Knight, Pierce, Pemberton class, so, Scanlon was odd man out at the time. Bucknell and GMU offered, so, connection with Fischer. He was Westfield's starting QB, also.

I seem to also remember a big post player out of Westfields HS a few years back. I think we lost out to an Ivy.

Could be before my time, but I followed Nova hoops for a little while and don't remember anyone fitting this criteria. Unless I'm forgetting someone I don't think they've had another high-level prospect in the past few years besides Blake Francis, who I think transferred to Richmond.

Coach Kemp and 6’2 Remy Robert II, a guard at State College of Florida, are now following each other. Robert is also following WMTribeMBB and liked and retweeted Kemp’s introduction video.

I like Remy. Seems skilled. My favorite part is that he would be an immediately eligible sophomore. It would help balance out the classes.
It looks like both Delaware and UMBC are in on him as well.

5’10 Grad Transfer Jacque Brown is moving from UNCW to Oklahoma Baptist. Only appeared in three games this year but averaged 10 minutes over 29 games the prior year.
