Lol what scrubs.

you want the grounds crew to risk their lives with multiple lightning strikes in the area? it's a freaking sports game.

classless comments from a classless fanbase.

Grounds crew? This is college baseball don’t the players keep the field?

Pretty much. Heck, I go to AA games a lot and even there the players help pull/put the tarp out when it rains.

Really like Whataburger Field .. . whenever I'm in Corpus during the baseball season, I catch at least one ballgame while in town.

For what it's worth the rest of that series is completely meaningless at this point. GS is the 2 seed and has already won the east, GSU will be in Atlanta for the tournament.

LOL... a tarp takes no time.

Your post has enough salt to help dry that field up.

Tsk tsk. Classless to the end. Safety always comes first, regardless of rivalries or whatnot. Never take chances with lightning. And this is suppose to be a mod for this site? 07-coffee3

Texas St back up to 45 RPI. I may have written them off prematurely as an at-large candidate if it comes to that.

Going off the last few years here is how I see at-large prospects:
40 or under RPI— very good at-large chances. If you go back and look at the last 5 years teams with 40 or under RPI very few are left out. It is over 90 percent in
41-45. Good chance. I peg it at around 65-70 percent in
46-50. Getting very iffy. Probably around 30 percent in
Over 50. Very low at-large chance. 5 percent at the most

Ehh.. if you are proactive about it then this never becomes an issue. Pop-up storms are handled by component crew, which you obviously do not have. High school to Pros handle this all the time.. guess just not you guys.

As for moderation, plenty of other mods you can complain to should you feel your safe space is violated.

Weird that GaSt was just being cautious and safe by not tarping the field, yet had no problem watching the Georgia Southern players attempt to clear the BP setup off the field ahead of the storm.

What a random post. Pretty sure I said the comments by your fanbase are classless.

But camaraderie among athletes is always awesome to see.

You played the "it was too dangerous" card and called us "classless." Yet OUR players were "at risk."

Calling the operation a bunch of scrubs is pretty appropriate in that case.

Maybe this whole thing was just a mental lapse by the Panthers. At least they’ll be free all next week to work on their tarp drills.

Yeah I think we're still in the mix and firmly on the bubble right now. Outright championship helps.

Need a good showing in Conway.

Nice try, once the lightning warning was made known, everyone was off the field before a tarp could be placed.

It would be all right with me if we didn't play another game.

I'm just glad Troy and App State locked up the #2 seed for us.

While playing football and soccer, coaches made us grind through rain, but never took chances with lightning. Difference between tough and stupid.
