We were trailing 3-1 in the top 9th and scored2 tying runs on GaSt wild pitches so we didn’t t exactly earn the tie but we will take it. Won it in 10 innings

Got a feeling it's not the first time they've had a game like this. That was State's 40th loss for the season.

Eerily similar to basketball. I'm just hoping we can hang on for a regular season championship at this point. Another loss tomorrow night and UTA takes over the lead with 1 game to go.

Starting a bottom end reliever in a must win game is odd. Then in typical fashion he throws 9 innings of 1 run ball and we still lose in 11

With impending weather set for Saturday in SM, TXST and UTA will play a DH today starting at 4pm.

TXST needs 1 win for the #1 seed next week and at minimum a regular season co-championship (if TXST goes 1-1 and GS sweeps GSU they'll tie at 19-11). 2 wins guarantees the outright regular season championship for TXST. If UTA wins both games to sweep the series they will be crowned regular season champs. Lots on the line in SM today, UTA hasn't won a series in SM since 1994. Not a good time if you're TXST to let UTA break that streak.

GaSo/GaSt game postponed. DH tomorrow to end season

So apparently Ga State decided to not tarp the field during a rain storm this afternoon. Seems the infield is now a lake per twitter. Doubleheader now scheduled for tomorrow.

UTA already up 5-1 in the 4th of game 1 of that DH. West could literally come down to 1 game tonight
