Louisiana wins 0-1 Geaux Cajuns !

Coastal played a great tournament but huge congrats goes to the Cajuns. They didn’t lose a single conference game. Go make a run in the tourney!

ULM and Coastal did a terrific job! I know it’s not going to happen but we need to be a National Seed with 50 wins on the year, and 25 game winning streak. RPI is low, we will be lucky if we even host a regional!

Wasn't an overly great year for the league, but man the Cajuns seem really good. Go do some damage in the regionals.

the mavs were certainly unpredictable going 4-7 against top 25 teams but losing to a few teams they shouldnt. over all I think the conf. is trending up in every sport but also upping the caliber of schedules. Geaux cajuns

Watching the SEC softball tournament, and they had an in-depth discussion about who will host a regional, unfortunately becouse of UL SOS, they thought it was doubtful they would host, even though ranked 8th in the country, hope their wrong. One good thing that came out of the tournament is Old Miss, ranked 19th, lost in the Semis, and probably is out of the running to host.

Actually the conference is down somewhat in softball tnis year. It is not uncommon for the SBC to have 2 teams in the top 25 RPI, and one or two more in the 26-50 range.

evidently so as #7-8 team the cajuns get pimped over by ole miss for a regional. the cajuns will just have to win it to prove their ranking deserved.
