Not really fair to judge someone by what he did when he was first starting out at 28 (I think CRL said he was 28 in his presser.) To those who criticize based on looking 5mins at his wikipedia source, are you better, same, or worse at your job since you were first starting out? Kinda ridiculous to compare two separate situations with 2 decades of time gap in between. His uncertain times at Siena was totally different than his current opportunity at Georgia State as a hardened 50yrs old veteran with decades of experience. Despite being a young head coach who was figuring things out as he went, he still took his team to 1 NCAA tourney and a deep NIT run at Siena. Since Siena, CRL had plenty of time to absorb everything he could from Billy Donovan and Rick Barnes....two HoF coaches in NCAA history.
