Ha. You must’ve been hitting “post” just as I was hitting “start new thread.”

I'm posting on the other boards....
that's as entertaining of a first half as I've ever watched...
fwiw, I tossed a benji on Marsha at pick 'em in the 2nd half....I'm on a serious losing streak....that's today's contribution to the hardwood club...

We’d better hope this doesn’t come down to Marshall throwing up a desperation 3 at the buzzer. They’ll for damned sure hit it.

Great showing. Weathered the storm when Marshall took that last lead & we couldn’t get the shots to fall, finished strong, and hit the free throws late.
2 Ws between us and The Dance. WKU’s going to be a tough row to hoe.

XACLY! .... we've stepped it up from the line in the 2nd half of the season....
we're playing at another level of confidence....Griff and Draine are making the rest better....H-B and Magee came up YUGE tonight....
what's amazing is D'antoni changed their game plan to move inside in the 2nd half...........oopsy

I think USM wins the tourney. I have come to hate WKU (fans)....would love nothing more than to beat the hell out of them tomorrow.

I was expecting them to hit an 85-footer that would somehow count as 4 points to win by 1.

Speaking of (and it also goes along with your “confidence” point), maybe it’s just selective memory on my part, but what we’ve got going right now is our best offensive inside play in ages, and I’m not talking since the NCAA investigation, I’m talking possibly since Turk was coaching. These guys are not afraid to get in there and mix it up.

you ain' whislin' dixon.....we can do it either way...
watch how Griff runs the floor....it's dadgum impressive....
as a group, this is easily one of my fave teams on both sides of the floor...
there's a cohesive sensibility that is flowing right now....
Doc's attire defines the 'looseness' and 'abandon' these guys are showing today....
it's impressive...

RE: USM vs. Marsha
really good basketball game.
My worry is that we have two starters that are just simply not D1 basketball players in Holland and Rowe. They contribute almost nothing. I don't know if we can go the whole way with 3 legit starting players + Draine.

Not real enamored with the hemorrhoids either. We whip them we take the final.

RE: USM vs. Marsha
I have seen Holland drop 6 treys in a game.
Rowe has improved a lot from where he was. Playing pretty solid defense.
