Three turnovers for the team in the first half. Excellent! 13-16 free throws. Good!

USM is shooting lights out apparently. Win or lose, we are going to be a 5 seed.

I think we were called for traveling three times, so that was it. Not a bad pass, moving screen or charge the whole half. Pretty impressive.

Looking good so far. Ending on a good note here leading into the Conference Tourney would be nice, bye or no bye.

I assume Lovan must have a limiting injury? It’s the only way I can explain his minutes

I agee. That’s a head scratcher. He has been our second best player over the past three weeks, and should be getting 38 minutes a game.

Yeah, earlier in the first half he was holding his lower back heading to a timeout. But when he is playing, you can’t tell anything is wrong.

southern was hot , they gone cool down ,,,,,

Probably looking at MTSU, USM, ODU and whoever else is left to get to the Dance. That's a tall order.

This team has shown the ability to beat the top teams though. I believe they beat each of the top 4 teams at some point throughout the season. Gonna be tough, but we can do it.

Have to prove we can beat the bottom teams. O-2 vs MTSU.

Nice win. Refs were terrible.

Gueye earned 14 rebounds. Excellent!

This UAB team can beat, or lose to, anybody in CUSA.

ODU is a weak #1. The Barn Burner is wide open.

ODU’s Stith has had two consecutive bad shooting games, where ODU lost at home to USM and lost this afternoon at UAB. Stith scored 6 points against Southern Miss, going 2-13 and no free throw attempts. Today he scored 7 points going 3-14 and again no free throw attempts.

He didn’t looked injured, but his shot is off right now. If he gets back on track, ODU will be tough to beat.

It's impressive that over the last six minutes of the game we held them to 2 points.
