2018 Athletic Budgets
Louisiana Ragin Cajuns athletic budget for FY18 has just published and our budget has grown to $32.5M. We continue to grow our budget at a pretty good clip. Considering when the Sun Belt began sponsoring football our athletic budget was right at $12M.

I fully expect our budget to surpass $40M within the next 5 years. That is without a student assessed athletic fee as well.

That’s awesome, GeauxCajuns!! I hope Troy & USM have been doing that also, although I have my doubts on USM.

not to be lost in the increased size of the operating expenses, is the fact Louisiana Athletic department programs have reported turning a profit of about 82k in total. 02-13-banana

If I win the Power Ball we won’t have waterfalls, but you damn sure better believe I’ll add a swamp to the renovations of Cajun Field. Lol

We can’t afford a water fountain, but definitely do more with less.

We have them in the middle of campus, so I see no reason to not have them at the stadium hahaha

That's $42M in crawfish to folks to east or west of LA, or north of Opelousas for that matter. 03-wink
