Season is basically done now after losing twice to MTSU and to Charlotte. Need some new blood

Hate for Ehsan but hopefully this is the end of it.

Ehsan has lost both the players and the fans .. no way you can excuse a lost to a 5 win Charlotte ..

you got some decent players but everybody else have decent players
coach can not use his bench effectively
coach was not able to recruit a couple of big guy
we cannot cover any team who rotate the ball ,,,how many time the other have wide open 3

I’m not going to spend another dime on UAB basketball until Ehsan is fired. I’ve said before that the program is a joke and tonight was even more embarrassing.

AT HOME

So now that we know that Ehsan is pretty much a completely incompetent head coach, it makes me wonder really how badly we underachieved the previous two seasons with a pretty experienced and talented team.

We win the last 3 games with Butler and Lovan. The team was playing well until Butler went down ..the. we lose Lovan..my biggest gripe is the lack of development of the bench, that's all on the coach and staff....but players missing shots....thats on the players. A fan should never give up on the team

Personally, I havent given up on the team. I think with the right coach a lot of them can be successful. I've given up on the coach. It appears the players have as well.

Nobody has giving up on the players, but the coach another story.

One thing I’ve observed, after being sat early in the season, Scootie has been a very good on-the-court leader. He’s always encouraging and calming down the guys. It will be interesting to see if he wants to transfer after the season. Still waiting from chris from class to give me the scoop!

I know we weren't expected to be good this season, which I'm ok with. I was hoping we would at least get progressively better. Havent seen that from this team, even taking into account the injuries.

You are right unfortunately.I thought he would be ok. In the beginning but he has not improve d any in 3 years and has refused to get an assistant on the bench to help just buddies and thats a recipe for disaster.We lose to 5 win team and the worst in abad league.

The season was going so well four games ago, and then Lovan got injured after the first MT game and it’s been downhill ever since.

The season is over, and I hate it for Sullivan and Perry. Injuries to Butler and Lovan were just too costly.

I like our young players, and we are a very young team.

But right now we can’t even beat the worst teams in the conference.

Look at all the fake uab fans in this thread... smh
