Boom!

Not to burst the bubble, but he is a 4.5 star rated on the kohl’s kicking website. Not 4.5 stars on the traditional rivals/scout/247 websites. Kind of their own ranking. He is #47 punter in this class, still good though

I’ll take it. You can never have enough Good punters and Kickers. They’re hard to come by, so I’m hoping that translates. He’s the tallest punter NIU has probably ever signed as well. Most of these Kickers are 5’10 max.

I believe Gantz was a Kohl's guy. I think he was top 15.

Anyone remember former WR recruit Andrew Parchment? Guess he went JUCO for a year and now just got signed by Kansas. He was the 7th ranked JUCO WR in this year’s class.....

From what I remember, his dismissal was questionable. Many thought it was not fair and didn’t warrant getting kicked off the team. Hope he’s doing well.

RE: Signing Day has started
I'm surprised most of the sites have us ranked at #7 recruiting wise in the conference this year. Thought we had some nice late pickups, but it may be due to coaching change. We need Hammock to step up to the plate beginning today for next year's class and get a much better ranking(top 3 in MAC) than we got this year. My expectation is we should start seeing good commits coming by July. Then we will see what type of recruiter Hammock is.

All about #'s.

NIU only has 19 commits right now. Their avg. was third. The difference from top is minimal. 1-2 guys in top 1000 or so.

They did jump to 5th after this round of signings which is a great sign for the new regime.
