He's said multiple times he has no desire to be a conference commissioner. (Though he's also said that people have told him he should be)

I can't imagine Terry liking being in a situation where he has 12 bosses and rarely interacts with student-athletes.

We had ESPN's Tom Lugenbill on our show today, I asked him what effect does having a G5 voice on the CFP committee might have. He said basically none. He said having a new voice will be interesting but he'll have to look at every team from a strength of schedule perspective just like it's always been done.

Eh it could help a UCF or Boise who is on the bubble having someone arguing that you can't punish a team for schedule when they have so little control over the schedule, but if you are a G5 in that situation, you damn well better be racking up style points and dominating games.

That killed UCF's chances in 2018, they struggled to pull away from teams a top 4 shouldn't have struggled with too many times.

But you can't just sit there and automatically advocate the top G5 for the top 4 spots unless they have a resume that warrants it.

It’s worth noting that Jeff Bower is one of those who is rotating off the committee. He said next to nothing publicly, but you don’t have to do much in the way of reading between the lines to realize the committee didn’t exactly turn to him when they had a question about those outside the cartel. In fact, his few comments led me to believe the committee is little more than rubber stamp that is there to give legitimacy to the playoff rather than deliberate.

Mohajir is an expert at who has the prettiest waterfalls inside their football stadium. Perhaps he'll be able to give his opinion on that.

Damn shame Kansas didn't hire him. AState fan base is bitching about how bad he is now, he needs to bail.
