He’s very down to earth. Regular guy when talking to him. I think he’ll connect really well with fans. We will see how things go when the season starts but he’s very comfortable. Had great energy at the basketball game. He and Frazier were celebrating together and going nuts which was awesome to see.

It is so refreshing to hear a confident, well spoken coach. I am so impressed with his first press conference and interviews. He sounds intelligent, confident and happy to be the head coach at NIU.

I vaguely remember him as a player. He had such potential. I hope he crushes the record books for coaching at NIU.
