Eli Chuha this weeks WAC POW
For Eli Chuhas work this past weekend he is the WAC POW this week. This is the second Aggie picked this year. Still waiting for Lever to pick up his first. Looks like he's off to a bad start for POY. I wouldn't even pick him 1st team WAC at this point.

I am okay with NMSU collecting many of the personal awards this year. Congrats to Chuha! I have always liked his game and feel he is underutilized by Jans.
I sense GCU's players are way more focused on team this year and not individual awards. I am perfectly fine with that. Looking forward to the WAC tournament.

Jans doesn't play any of his player enough to acquire many season long accolades. Only Harris and Brown play over 20 minutes per game. So, NMSU is not collecting "many" personal awards this season... just two WAC POTWs in the eleven weeks. Last season, NMSU acquired seven WAC POTWs in seventeen weeks plus WAC POTY and WAC Tournament MVP.
