Yes, one of our best ever, if not the best!

Also had 3 very good shooters on that team, Petey, Jones, and Mullin and an undersized center in Harvey. But man they could flat out ball.

Don't forget the freshman point guard who made it all work, Brion Dunlap.

My thinking is that if it is anything really bad, especially requiring surgery; that news would be very difficult to contain. As such we likely would have already heard something.

As it is, this seems more like the Justice Kithcart situation and hopefully means that at worst, BJ is day-to-day.

No, I can say pretty clearly that they aren't holding off on announcing any Stith injury because they are worried about ticket sales.

It bothers me they wouldn't release something. You know the coaching staff ( and the administration) knows by now the extent of the injury. A simple update would have been appreciated from the loyal fans even if a specific time frame is unsure.

I think it is all about timing. Christmas break, Athletic department closed. last game of the year, going into Conference play. I really do not think they are truly holding or sitting on news that is earth shattering. The fact that there is time to evaluate and examine the injury with care and accuracy is fine with me. I would rather they give us a fair and concise evaluation of his injury. If they release information to quickly they may have to walk it back. So, because we have a little time, they might as well be prudent and have a more accurate assessment as they give that to us, the fans.

Also, elephant in the room is that it is really not any or our business. This is a Stith family and coaching staff decision.

I think he is day-to-day. The fact he tried briefly to play in the second half lets us know the original evaluation was not severe. He would not have played if there were any doubt regarding the severity of his injury.
