In other news... Houston gets waxed by army and Buffalo winning 17-14 at the half even though they turned the ball over 3 times.

Wow, another MAC loss (1-5). Hate to say it but the MAC has to do some serious work to remain relevant in the FBS. How many years now where we only have one bowl win or less.

The MAC is hot garbage. Which is why when you’re program is rolling you need to aggressively seek finding a better conference to join.

It doesn't help that all the bowl games are in the south. Buffalo had to travel to Troy's backyard. It's time for the MAC to start some home bowls. I'm talking about the Corn Bowl (NIU), the Fat Tom Bowl (Toledo), the Boatrowers Bowl (WMU), the LeBron Bowl (Akron), the I Can't Feel My Fingers Bowl (CMU).

Nah, they'll probably still lose.

The MAC has the lowest budgets in FBS. NIU is in the bottom half of the MAC. Which conference can they afford to join. The AAC? Their budgets are much bigger than NIUs.
