Mueller squeezed Flynn, basically using him as a bluff against Trump and other associates. Nobody blinked because there wasn't anything there. Now Mueller recommends no time for Flynn. Just another crack in the manufactured Russian/Trump conspiracy theory.

I don’t think he can sue. That is the reason prosecutors can do this type of chit. If people treated like this could sue, Andrew Weismann would be on debtors row instead of on Mueller’s band of merry democrats.

Can't speak for anyone else, but I have no idea what this really means. It could be Flynn is exonerated on his merits or Flynn cut a deal to show where the bodies are buried. One point made early in the thread where probability lies more with the case not going anywhere is the comment made where CNN opined:

Does that mean Mueller has everything he needs to blast Trump? Or does it mean that Mueller is wrapping it up because there is nothing to go after? IDK. One thing I do know is that the Dems have showed us ZERO on how they would govern if given the power to do so tomorrow. Granted Pence would take over for Trump assuming he's not implicated in anything nefarious since the anonymous sources are leaking about events happening well before the 2016 election when Trump wasn't angling for a WH run.

Most likely Trump is guilty of SOMETHING. The majority of Americans are guilty of something because the sheer volume of laws has essentially criminalized all of us to one degree or another. That's a topic for a different thread. However, we do know that there is a lot of guilty politicians in Washington today given the various scandals made public over the years. Normally those scandals are tax evasion, misappropriating campaign funds, conflicts of interests where pols enrich themselves and their families, etc... Those scandals never sniff a courtroom because they are the law makers. So given the current state of Washington, I have a very hard time feeling outrage over the Mueller investigation because - frankly - most of the politicians are seedy and corrupt fvcks to begin with. In fact, I strongly suspect that many of these same pricks enriched themselves by allowing U.S. tech to go to our friends AND enemies on the world stage.

Look at how Europe treats Iran. That alone should tell you how morally corrupt politicians are in general.

I have no idea what this means as far as Trump/collusion… it does seem to indicate Mueller is wrapping things up. I think.
