Should be part of season ticket packages in football and basketball. I'd also like to see an employee version with associated perks too. Competition among departments for highest participation etc.
Make it part of the Alumni Association renewal. If the non-sports supporting alumni don't like it, tough ****. Get with the program.
**AND CHANGE THE DAMN TAGS** Send message that ALL the university supports the Blazers, so again, GET WITH THE PROGRAM.

RE: Ignite UAB Donor Initiative Information
Just to clarify: if I donate to the football, bowling, and rifle fund from a few years back, and I’m also a season ticket holder... I’m considered a booster right?

So there’d be no reason for me to donate separately to the ignite fund if it’s sinply to increase booster/donor numbers?

Are you a member of blazer boosters? as in, you have paid to get benefits such as access to better seats as described in the linked brochure? If so, you are included in the numbers being used for the Ignite campaign. UAB has lots of ways you can give, but the ignite campaign is trying to grow our official booster club, Blazer Boosters. You can join for as little as $50 a year if you have not already.

No I don’t. I just pay for my season tickets and the football pledge from a couple years ago.

Looks like I need to donate to this too if I want to be counted in the boosters lol? So complicated..

Well, I can take credit for getting 2 new ones in the list and will have 2 other new ones added when the next payday comes around for them.
