Capital Campaign
Just a bit of info that UT is in the early part of the "quiet phase" of a capital campaign. The goal will be about $250M. When half of that amount is raised, UT will go public with the campaign. Have any extra $$$?

RE: Capital Campaign
I'm getting similar notices from evey U I've been associated with. I think it's SOP. They just had that Day of Giving thing.
I suppose this is to go to that master plan or did they send out some other information? I'm still for the most part seeing same-ol. Well, same-ol done more competently but nothing transformative (current buzzword). Nothing unique.
I'd like to see plans for something, even small that they intend to do that's different from others. Anyone have any information along those lines? These are the kind of things I look for. Like that intitial stock offering with potential... sometimes worth a few throw-aways.
I did this with one of my almas. Even got an invite to press-box seating from the organization because I was their only donor, lol. Now, it's national. Not through my meager donations mind you but I like to think I helped it get its footing and it was much in-line with my personal beliefs of voluntering professional skills to help others.
I look for programs, mostly technology oriented that have shown success reaching new demographics, providing undergrads opportunities not provided by other Universities... Engineering programs that involve the TPS district.. Anyone know? For that matter, anyone know a one-stop-shopping list of ALL on-campus research efforts and programs?

I think the campus master plan gives some idea. Everything you wanted to know about UT research: https://www.utoledo.edu/research/rsp/pdf...082018.pdf

I'd donate some $$ if they hired different Defensive Coordinators for our Football Team.

It will take a while to sort through, briefly looks more like highlights but if there are new initiatives, they're probably in there somewhere. Thanks!
