And there’s been years where people have said this is the greatest CFB team of all time and that team loses, specifically early 2000’s.

USC lost to Texas in Rose Bowl.
Nebraska lost 62-36 to Colorado on Black Friday.
Oklahoma lost 35-7 to Kansas St in BXII CG.

I want to believe that's true but LSU and MSU couldn't even score on Bama. Nobody's even kept it within three scores with them all year. I could see Georgia beating them in the CCG but we all know that a one loss Bama team will make the playoffs and there's just no way they can beat Bama twice.

As of tonight, there are only 4 unbeatens, 10 once beatens and 8 twice beatens (with SDSU still playing). In the P5, its 3 unbeaten, 6 once beaten and 2 twice beatens. Half the 2 loss teams lost this week.

Not officially laughable, but Temple beat UH 59-49. It was 28-14 at the half. Then both teams scored and scored and scored. I'm guessing Oliver didn't play for Houston. They sure miss him.

This puts SMU in the driver's seat in the AAC West. Not good for AAC and access bowl should UCF stumble.

Cincy IMO probably is the #2 option now. It'll be interesting to see if either Utah St or Cincy is on the top 25 in the CFP this week, and if they are both- which is higher. The problem for Utah St is that Cincy still has the game left with UCF- so massive SOS/resume boost- while Utah St doesn't.

Ho-hum week, the rich stay richer. UCF need a miracle.

I think OU and WSU will drop a game as will either Clemson/ND. Bama beats UGa and I still think it’s Bama ND UM/OSU and Clemson, but maybe UCF would slip in.

That was a really boring week. No movement. Nothing changed.

I think you're hoping that Oklahoama and WSU drop a game. Also aren't taking into account WVU.

Big 12 is really interesting- If Oklahoma beats Kansas and WVU beats Oklahoma St next week- they will enter final week of regular season with 1 loss and playing each other. Winner to Big 12 title game- and loser might as well(though if Oklahoma loses, they would be out quite possibly to Texas).

I think Ohio St need some serious help...... They are definitely not in a win and in type of situation... Not when their game this week the Punter was the MVP.

Yes, those of us who have watched football for more than a few years have seen many so-called "unbeatable" teams lose. Any Given Saturday.
