Is this the Bearcats? One of the better rushing offenses has turned into a pass and chuck team? Our dual threat QB has yet to run and the Ohio QB is closing in on 50 yards rushing. Lack of physicality on both lines. Penalties. SMDH.

Somebody wake the players up!!! You can't just show up and hope the other team waives the flag.

First decent team they have played and they are getting their asses handed to them. Disappointing.

This looks like UC last year. Just standing around on defense and can’t tackle. No way that QB running about a 5.8 40 should be bouncing off 3 tackles like he did on a 3rd and 16.

Zero sense of urgency from anyone on the team. And your right they are getting physically manhandled as well.

Worst quarter of the season so far...but really, this is exactly why I had us going 6-6 this year. Defense looks rather bendy against an offense with a pulse and the offense still doesn't have a QB who threatens the defense at all in the passing game.

That QB had almost 1000 yards rushing last year...its not like he's a scrub, but our tackling has been absolutely atrocious regardless.

Even Smith looks terrible punting the ball. The entire team is totally unprepared. This could get ugly.

This is closer to where uc is. We lucked out against Miami. Offense is so easy to defend

As I posted earlier I hated his body language on that first drive. Hesitated to throw to a wide open TE on the first play and then on 3rd down threw off his back foot with really zero pressure.

3rd and 16 defensive formation was junior high. Unprepared and out coached - just like Marshall last year.

I’d make a move immediately. Need to try something to wake this team up before it gets way out of hand.

RE: Week Four GAMETHREAD: Ohio University
The issue is all of a sudden, Ridder is being asked to pass first. That's not his game.
We've won with our rushing and his passing at opportune times. He's not been called for ONE PLAY thus far to run the ball.

Receivers running wide open, runners finding holes on every play...this defense looks rough. We're getting KILLER on both sides of the line too...difference between a team who wants it and a team who thinks they have it.
